how do layers work on photoshop elements 6?
I really need to learn how to work with layers, can anyone help ?

in the bottom right hand corner of the screen there should be a layers box and with that box you can click, move, bin that layer you can move that layer up and down so you can have a layer on top of a layer if you get me
